Timer did not finish

Check whether Chrome was fully closed or the selected extension was removed. Reopen Chrome, open Extension Manager, and include the remaining timer shown in your message.

An extension cannot be changed

Chrome may protect extensions installed by policy or another administrator. Include the error shown by Chrome. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or private files.
